Shipping policy
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We fulfill orders Monday-Friday from 8:00AM to 7:00PM EST. Items ordered after 7PM Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be fulfilled and made ready for shipment early the following week.
We do our best to process your order as fast as possible. However, peak periods, holidays, and extraordinary events can result in additional processing time. We strive to process and make ready items within 3 business days. However, some items may take 5 - 10 business days to process and make ready for shipment. You will receive email notifications every step of the way.
Please note that once an order has been processed we are unable to make changes to the order.
FREE SHIPPING ON U.S. ORDERS
We offer free shipping on all orders more than $50 within the United States. All orders under $50 has a flat $5 fee. We offer limited international shipping to Canada for market shipping rates.
WHAT IF MY ORDER CONTAINS PRODUCTS FROM TWO LOCATIONS? DO YOU SHIP PARTIAL ORDERS?
Yes. If your order contains a combination of products where one (or more) is ready and available for shipment, we will process and ship that item as soon as possible, followed by your other items in a separate shipment as soon as we finish processing them.
You will not be charged any additional amount for shipping, and you will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, we only ship within the United States with limited international shipping to Canada. Please note international shipping will incur shipping costs.
HOW WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
We strive to ship all orders in 100% recyclable packaging. We also use compostable packaging. In all cases, we try to keep our footprint low. So, your package will arrive safe and sound in eco-friendly packaging with as few bells and whistles as possible. This helps the planet and you by keeping additional costs down.
