A visible trail of orange liquid leading into the thick forest led the team on a frantic hunt. Traces of the sugary treat provided the evidence,  found on tree limbs, leaves, and muddy earth. A wrapper, tossed to the wind....all leading down to the creek bed where the trail went cold. Just a broken popsicle stick and a puddle of Dreamsicle left behind.
